Jardinier Horticulture ("we," "us," or "our"), a service of Natural Systems LLC, provides landscaping, garden design, and property maintenance services in the greater Philadelphia / Chester County, Pennsylvania area. By engaging our services, using jardinierhorticulture.com, or opting in to receive communications from us (including text messages), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or this website.
We provide recurring and project-based garden and landscape maintenance, including pruning, transplanting, bed edging, weed management, hedge shearing, yard-waste removal, soil-health work (leaf and compost based, not synthetic fertilizer), light hardscape cleaning, and garden design/enhancement. We do not provide turf/lawn mowing service. Scope, visit frequency, and pricing are agreed with each client individually and can be adjusted at the client's request.
There is no long-term contract. Pricing is based on time on site at the visit frequency you choose, and you may adjust that frequency at any time. We may pause scheduled service on accounts with significantly overdue balances until the account is brought current.
As part of our service, we may send text messages related to your account, including notice that a new invoice is ready to view and pay, and, in the future, advance notice of scheduled visit dates and times.
We do not share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for more on how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We document visits with photographs, short videos, and notes to help plan and understand your property over time. This documentation is kept private and is never used to identify you publicly. Let us know if you'd prefer we not photograph or record your property, and we'll accommodate that.
For planned projects beyond routine maintenance — design work, larger installations, and similar — we provide an estimate before any work begins. Project work is billed separately from recurring maintenance service.
We take care in performing our services, but we are not liable for pre-existing conditions on your property, damage caused by acts of nature, or issues arising from work performed by other contractors. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Either party may end the service relationship at any time with reasonable notice. Outstanding invoices remain due upon cancellation.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to use our services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
